The two guys came at the time they said they would be here to fix a very old dryer. When they determined the issue, they said they would have to be back, if they could even get the necessary part. They could, they returned, and the dryer is now working efficiently again without the agonizing scraping sound permeating the house.

Had an old dependable warhorse Whirlpool washer that was failing. We had been through 2 new "high tech" washers which were expensive disappointments. Rich encouraged us to repair the old Whirlpool. He said if this were his machine he would definitely fix it. The repair was not cheap but we are so! happy we took his advice. Our washer works like an old school champ! He was in and out in 2 hours. Over 6 months down the road our washer is working great. This was by far the best solution to our problem. Thanks Rich!

My dryer was squealing and Rich and his son came promptly to fix it. After using the dryer soonafter, I realized that the "fix" had not solved the problem, and I called to let him know it was still making the same noise. They returned, changed the belt and wheels and did not charge me for the second visit (which was appropriate). I would have preferred it to be completely fixed on the first visit, but was happy for the quick attention and solution thereafter.

We were told that our appliance would be too costly to repair, with no real guarantee that it would continue to operate properly. We chose to purchase a new appliance, instead.
