The crew was knowledgeable and very polite. They took the time to explain our options and to recommend changes based on their experience. They also left us ample amounts of the leftover paint for touchups when we replace two of our doors later this year.

I am really sorry for this review because the painters were great but Sam the owner of the company was the most unprofessional person I think I have ever met he came out to estimate the job and that was the last I saw of him. The way he talked to me. The way he wanted payed I have copies of text that would blow your mind, as good as the painters were I would never use again

Only issue was no supervisor came by in person before or after work was done. Gabe and Jose did excellent job!

Having work done on your home and/or yard can be stressful and exhausting. Getting bids, waiting for people to call you back, show up on time, etc. This is was NOT the case with Elite Custom Painting. First of all, Sam showed up on time for the estimate and got back to us by the end of the day with the bid. My husband has done house painting and knows the questions to ask and what to look for in the estimate. Everything was covered. We gave Sam the job of painting the exterior of our two-story home and wall in the back yard. His crew showed up on time, did all the work shown on the estimate and totally cleaned up afterwards. They not only cleaned up, but took all of the debris with them. We have seen other contractors fill the homeowners trash cans and leave some debris on the property. This is a very professional company. Ron was on time for the estimate appointment, presented how the work would be completed. The crew was on time cleaned the yard and were done in no time. The yard is beautiful and I pleased with it. I will use them again.

We dealt with Sam. He came out to do the estimate and was very thorough. Addressed issues that we didn't notice. Was impressed with their prep work and how they do the second coat. I was expecting the quote to be a lot. Considering the work needed on the sun beaten patio cover and hot tub, the price was a lot lower than expected. The best part was after the crew left, Sam came over to review the work and found things that were missed. Things we would have never noticed. He personally took care of those items and made sure we were happy with the job before he took payment. I have been around contractors for most of my life and he is the real deal.
