The absolute worst! It took six months for a project that was promised in six weeks. He initially tried to work on the project without getting the required building permits. He even parked as trailer in my driveway for ten days with nothing on it. It was only after I contacted the local authorities and threatened to have it towed away that Shiloh even responded. The project was never completed because I fired these guys for the shoddy workmanship, lackadaisical customer service and overall unprofessional behavior. Shiloh sent in workers who had no idea what they were doing He had to tear down part of their work and rebuild it. They even painted the deck while it was raining. A year later, not only is the screening coming undone, the deck itself is falling apart. It is so bad that I am contemplating a lawsuit again this guy.
