After paying for 90% of job, workers stopped showing up and left work unfinished and sloppy. Fifteen business day job not finalized for five months, only after legal council was hired. Do not pay before a job is complete.

Their performance was very poor. They failed to complete the job and powerwash the top front of the house. Very disappointed.

The guys who hauled away our very heavy equipment were wonderful. They were courteous, genuine, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to get rid of heavy materials.

I have used Elite Sky Management(ESM) services remodeling a condo. David Olivos and his team are all very professional, knowledgable, and perfectionist. They make recommendations, at the same time listen to your suggestions, and most importantly they deliver! Overall, ESM exceeded my expectations.

This was overall a bad experience. I was first told that my job was completed, and very large sections of it were not. They did come back and finish the job, but the work was quite sloppy and it has taken me quite a long time to clean paint off of stone, wood, glass, and appliances. The walls and trim do look nice after their second attempt, but this is not a company I will use in the future.

Did a "down to the studs" Master Bath Remodel. Pretty much stayed on time. Demo was careful. Any issues were addressed promptly and resolved as quickly as possible. Not inexpensive but it's not about what it costs... it's about what you get for your money. Wound up with a spectacular bathroom. Good Subs! David Olivos made himself available as necessary, Nelson was always there on time. (I am a Florida GC... 40 years) Good Job!

Overall, I'd recommend Elite Sky. The guys that I worked with were nice and professional. The quality of work seems great so far, and the price was as well. They are not cheap, but the quality of work matches what you pay for. The only thing that could improve is communication and speed. The scope of work provided seems detailed, but there was always additional discussion required about what we wanted done vs. what was in the scope of work. Also, there were a couple of days when I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone. The speed of the project was slower than they quoted.
