How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because My training in the HVAC industry began when i started at a warehouse in Dallas, pulling parts. I worked as a HVAC rough in helper, then a rough lead, next as a HVAC trim helper, then a trim lead and finally as an Assistant Area Supervisor. I spent 8.5 years in commercial building maintenance, 5 of which i spent as the Chief of Engineering. All the HVAC diverse training i accrued allowed me to begin Elliott AC, Heating and Handyman Services in 2005..

We started in this industry in 1999.

Darryl was prompt and offered the services and product for the best price. We had some time to get quotes, before our AC broke for the final time. He was able to come out the next day and got everything done quickly and professional. A true pleasure to work with

I called Pink Plumbers and had to wait two days. I needed a refrigerator water line connected, had a commode that just ran and ran, and a disposal that wouldn't work. When the person got here I showed him what needed to be done. After he went to truck to "figure it out" he proceeded to tell me the commode would cost $1,300 to fix because da da da da, the disposal would be $1,200 because da da da da, connecting the water line would be da da da because and I said wait. I am not buying a car and this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. How in the world do you ever keep any customers? I told him I wanted a bottom line price. Then he proceeded to tell me it would be like $1,300 but he was going to give me the "membership fee" free which would save me $69.00", etc. I told him I would not do business with them so what did I owe him. $69.00! Then I went to Angie's List and ended up speaking to Lisa at Plumbing Pros. She was professional, friendly, and informative. I scheduled an appointment, When Wayne came out, he was on time, and professional. I showed him what I needed taken care of, and he told me it would be $225.00. And I said please fix everything. I was blown away. Really how could someone try to charge me over $1,000 and be able to sleep at night? Guess they don't care. If I were you who are reading this please call Plumbing Pros if you need anything related to plumbing. If you have nothing done but a quote it only costs $29.00!!! The other great thing about them is they do have a licensed electrician available. Believe me they will be getting all my plumbing and electrical business. In a world that everyone believes that a huge company is better I prefer to deal with people who care. Wouldn't you?
