I knew that my installation of a new quartz counter top was going to be difficult because of the removal of the old 1' tiles and wanting to keep the existing back splash. Empire addressed these issue for me in their estimate and went the extra mile to make sure everything worked out in their final installation. I worked with Jeff, he was excellent.

Overall experience from meeting with salesman to product selection to scheduling install date to actual install was all flawless. In fact our cabinet vender was late on install and Jeff was very flexible having to come back to measure. The team that installed was great. Manual was very knowledgeable as was his team members and they did an excellent job. Quartz countertops look great, we are very please. They were very competitive in their pricing and offered the same quality of products as other companies. I would highly recommend Empire Countertops.

The entire team was awesome. There was a problem with hole drilled for kitchen faucet; however, the actual Manager came out the very next morning and personally reamed out the hole and made sure the faucet fit in correctly. I enjoyed working with Empire Countertops and will use them again.
