This is an extremely professional business which strives to be sure the work they do is perfect! They did an awesome job in mounting my TV to a Stone wall.

Luke was very professional, knowledgable and genuinely friendly. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction and even cleaned up the areas he worked in before leaving. The cost was a little more than I was hoping to pay, but overall, I was happy I went with these guys for my security install.

Like is very friendly and knowledgeable about his products takes his time and makes sure that everything is working perfectly. Luke cleans up after himself and you don’t know that he has been at your home.

They installed a new part in my TV (master module). It worked for 4 1/2 months and failed. They stated that the part was only warranted for 3 months. That was never disclosed to me either in verbal conversations nor a written document. Upon discussing this they said that the parts failure was "unacceptable" but would do nothing to fix the problem I consider this to also be unacceptable and use of this company as the same. DO NOT USE THEM.

This person is so inexperienced he kept fumbling until he realized he couldn't do the job. He made a recommendation to change out a component that he said was damaged which turned out to be untrue when my system was finally fixed by another company.

Very friendly service and right on time as a matter of fact, he got to my house 15 minutes before I did. He consulted me on a problem I had and I fixed it myself but TV the company done. Thank you great job guys...

Thomas was a very well mannered and professional young man. Don't often see this in a young person today. He first came to my home to give me an In home estimate( since I did not know exactly what I needed) at no charge, and gave me an estimate. I bought my tv within a few days and he installed the same day. Responded promptly to emails and texts. A very good experience!

The young man came to my home was very professional, polite and efficient. He assessed my TV, looked up the replacement price of the part needed and suggested replacing the TV because of the cost of the phone. He put the TV back together, left his card and departed. I would use this service again.
