This company came so highly rated that I was excited to hire them and get my washing machine fixed. I could not be more disappointed after giving them THREE chances to fix it. The first service fee I paid was for a guy to tell us that "maybe" our pedestal stand needed reinforcements (it worked fine before)...but ok we tried that. No luck. Then they came back out and said it MUST be the shocks. They had no proof that was the problem but the supervisor assured us that this technician was his best and knew washing machines forward and backwards. He quoted us $20 for the parts. We agreed to try that...and then we get a phone call that the parts are actually more like $100! Ok fine...we pay the parts AND labor on top of that. Guess what...still not fixed! Today they came out for a third he says it's a bad control unit. Once again just a proof or diagnostics saying this is the problem. Now he wants another $180 for parts and another $118 for labor!!! SERIOUSLY!!??!?!? At what point do you continue to throw money on some young guys hunch and him having no problem replacing things that aren't broken!!! I'm about to be in this machine for more than it's worth because he keeps guessing! I'm done! Terrible service.
Response by Energy Solutions of Saint Louis: I am sorry you had a bad experience. Our techs are trained and have experience. We have a process of elimination we have to go by. I feel the technician followed all of them. After talking with the technician he said it was not throwing off the unbalance code anymore. He also mentioned when he changed the shocks they were rusted. Which tells us you have some sort of a water issue. He is saying it just keeps running and running now. I know from past experience it will sometimes ruin the control board if it keeps resetting. Please come into the store we can work something out toward a different machine. We would be able to reuse the parts so that would be a credit toward something else. We just want to get you taken care of and give you the best service we can. We know its not fun spending unplanned repairs.

The technician knew next to nothing. I had to show him where the screws were to disassemble the control panel for the ovens. His recommended fix seemed more like a guess than anything else since he ran no tests, not even using a multi-meter. So spend another $350 and it "might" work. Then I had to stop him from breaking off a part of the refrigerator because he had not removed all the screws. I knew more about a common GE fridge from watching a 5-minute video than he did. 0-for-2. I don't know if he possessed the least amount of knowledge among their technicians, but I was embarrassed for him and his company.
Response by Energy Solutions of Saint Louis: We are sorry we just do not fit into your standards as a company. Jordan is one of the best techs you could ever find. He runs 6 to 10 calls a day and has less than a 1% call back ratio. Which means his diagnostics are probably correct. If not we would have made them correct at whatever the cost. We offer a quick diagnostics for $60 and 2nd unit is $37.50. If we need to take things apart it does cost extra. That is for quick diagnostics based on experience. Our records show a credit or you did not pay for any service. Not sure why? I need to investigate it further. Again we are sorry if our pricing did not fit into your budget. He listed in detail your problems along with prices to repair. We are a professional company and take our time and yours as it is our most valuable commodity. We are not the 1 man shop working out of a garage, so we will not be cheap. $60 does not cover the vehicle to get there. We do appreciate you trying us. Like I said we understand if we are not a good fit for you as a service provider.
