They were awesome. Picked up my rugs in one location (I was moving), called to tell me when they were ready to be delivered to the new location. On time at both places. The rugs returned in beautiful condition. They look super clean and he helped me put them where they needed to go.I could not be happier with the work I received or the customer service. I would use them again!

I received a phone call from Enver within 2 minutes of filling out my request online. Joanna was very friendly and efficient in providing a quote. After I accepted, she came to my house the next day to collect the carpet. Only 4 days later she delivered it back again. The cleaning seems excellent. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

Enver was very respectful when I asked him to clean and repair a vintage rug that has many worn spots on it. Most people would have suggested that it wasn't worth saving but he was very helpful with ideas in how to trim off the worn areas and re-bind it so I could get many more years from it. I appreciated his positive attitude. The rug came back looking better than I had imagined and I am so pleased to be enjoying it again.

Enver is very knowledgeable about all kinds of rugs. He is very professional in how he conducts his business. I had them clean four rugs. It is expensive to have Oriental rugs cleaned, but Enver was not the most expensive. This company does pick up and deliver at no extra charge.
