We have hired Eric Sevier for numerous demanding projects over the past 12 years. Few people in the world actually do what they say that they are going to do and Eric is one of them. He is true to his word from day one and stands by his work long after project completion. We have had Eric paint (interior and exterior); repair stucco, replace windows and doors; renovate portions of our home adding recessed lighting, electrical and plumbing updates; as well as unique, custom wood working. His product knowledge, craftsmanship, attention to detail and the quality of his work product are unmatched. Prior to the job Eric listens well, understands homeowner expectations and lays out the required steps. Given his extensive experience, if asked, he even acts as a coach providing advice on design, fixtures, colors, etc. He has completed successful projects at many beautiful homes around the Denver area and we have always found his coaching to be informative and very helpful in making sound decisions with our home.
