Ruslan was punctual and easy to talk to about the water damage being caused by my shower. He was very thorough in making sure both the existing cracked grout problem was fixed and making sure other potential problems were remedied.

Ruslan was responsive and willing to do a wide variety of small tile jobs that were long overdue. I wish I had hired him sooner! Three bathrooms have fresh grout and cleaned up tile. One shower has a new tile floor. Overall a very good experience.
