    Our tile shower had a grout failure that led to loose tile and greenboard damage in the lower part of the shower. After removing some of the tile and greenboard so I could see what was going on, I decided to hire a pro to do the repairs. This was a very small job, but Ruslan came out promptly, assessed the damage and gave me a couple of options for the repair. Once I found replacement tile (with Ruslan's help), he and his brother came out and replaced backer, membrane & tile, grouted the repair and refreshed the grout in the rest of the shower, He recaulked the shower and the backsplash around the soaking tub. The only new tile we could find was thicker than the original, so they placed a row of my old tile in such a way as to mask the thickness change. They were professional and neat as they worked, and left the area clean after the job. The job was complete in a day, except for the grout sealer, which Ruslan instructed me to apply the following morning. Since he was able to do the job with one less step than he originally figured, he billed me less than his estimate. He even managed to save me the cost of a bucket of membrane (on this 12 sq ft job) by using materials he had on hand. I am very happy with the work and price, and will certainly keep this company in mind when we eventually do a full remodel of this bath.
