    So for, excellent customer service to include promptness and reliability. The project is not complete so I would like to re-rate when the services is completed. The project is now completed and I am a very satisfied customer. The landscaping and irrigation services provided by Euroscape was very professionally done. Thank you Bill of Euroscape for coming behind a very tacky job and providing excellent service that eased my woes and restored my faith in the small business owners. I will definitely prefer your Company and Service Magic to all my friends.

    Trouble. My experience started out perfectly fine. The owner came out, gave an estimate, and I signed a contract. My copy machine was in storage, so I told him to mail the contract to me. A couple of weeks went by with no contact (and no contract). I called them after not hearing back and confirmed an appointment. I never received a confirmation that they were coming, so I called the office day of the appointment 5 times and got no answer. I got home and the work was completed, but did not meet my expectations. After several requests, I still have not received the itemized contract.

    Response from Company:

    The information above is not accurate. We sent a copy of the contract to the customer twice and called him several times. We were never able to reach him and we performed the work as contracted, on the day we were contracted to do it, an in the professional manner we perform all projects.

    Bill has a thorough knowledge of plants and we felt we could completely trust his recommendations. Four landscapers contacted did not return calls, two did not show up for their appointments, another was much more expensive. In contrast, Bill was right on time, his office very friendly and his pricing fair and competitive with other bids. All follow-up emails and calls were returned promptly. The installation was done last week. The onsite staff was very nice. They completely cleaned up all debris. It looks great. It's not possible to be more pleased with Euroscapes for this project. A+++.

    I was away from my house for 30min. on monday when I got home,t hey had been here and left.The grass wasn't mowed all the way across my driveway. I had asked that tech that the tall grass in my flower bed be taken out of it, but it is still there. I am not physically able to do this, which is why I desided to go with a landscaping co.

    The concerns of this client were resolved immediately and they are still currently our client and this is going on to the third year.
