All our techs will be skilled and trained in everything from leak repair to electronic diagnosis. We ensure the most up to date training is given to everyone who works for and with us and because of this can usually make the repair on first call. Our techs are also taught to be courteous and helpful, as we always ask for follow-up and will not continue to employ those with inadequate customer marks. We have over 20 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing all hot tub makes and models. There�s almost no problem we haven�t seen or repaired. They have yet to install my hot tub. They are great at responding to text and calling or visiting the store. I will have to wait for the final project to let you know the rest of the story...

I was very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the work. I had a hot tub cover lifter installed. The drained the tub and had to life the tub off the ground to install the lifter and this was done in an hour. I paid 150.00 which was the hourly rate.

I suffer from chronic pain, as a result of spinal injuries and four fusion surgeries. I am allergic to opioids and depend on my hot tub. My wife called, because our hot tub quit working. When she told Everything Hot Tubz about our situation, they had someone from the warehouse come out. We have a less popular hot tub, so they had trouble locating the motor (since no one keeps them stocked). Everything Hot Tubz was quick to respond, when the motor arrived. My hot tub was fixed, with great customer service, at a far better price than I thought was possible. I highly recommend Everything Hot Tubz and will definitely call them if I should have more problems with my hot tub—probably to buy a new one.
