All our techs will be skilled and trained in everything from leak repair to electronic diagnosis. We ensure the most up to date training is given to everyone who works for and with us and because of this can usually make the repair on first call. Our techs are also taught to be courteous and helpful, as we always ask for follow-up and will not continue to employ those with inadequate customer marks. We have over 20 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing all hot tub makes and models. There�s almost no problem we haven�t seen or repaired. I contacted Everything Hot Tubz to have them come out and give me a quote for repair. I WOULD have hired Ed based solely on his customer service and friendliness. I did not hire him, though, because he was able to help us repair our tub with just a suggestion over the phone. If I ever need service again, I will be contacting Everything Hot Tubz.

They have yet to install my hot tub. They are great at responding to text and calling or visiting the store. I will have to wait for the final project to let you know the rest of the story...

I was very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the work. I had a hot tub cover lifter installed. The drained the tub and had to life the tub off the ground to install the lifter and this was done in an hour. I paid 150.00 which was the hourly rate.
