I live up in the mountains and have a bathroom addition being constructed. I was utilizing a contractor for the work. Though a decent man, I soon realized we were being overcharged on many aspects of the projects. Many of the subs were charging us additional fees for travel because of our location. A neighbour with a similar issue was referred to as Excel Plumping. We also contacted Jeff and were amazed that his bid was less than half what the contractors sub bid us. Jeff came and did the work in-between jobs and on his own time. I grew up working with my father who is a contractor specializing in plumbing and I can tell you Jeff did an outstanding job. No extra fees for travel, nothing. I will be using him for future projects for sure. He is a good honest man and would be happy to refer him to anyone.

Despite how busy plumbers are in this area, Excel sent someone the day I called to assess the situation. Jeff was very nice and professional and even removed his work boots upon entering my home. My water heater needed to be replaced and this was completed a few days later. Again, the service was courteous and professional. Jeff arrived exactly when he said he would, which for a working person is a plus. The installation was done in a timely manner and I am pleased with results.
