Doug was amazing! He prioritized our job because our family was going to be without hot water over the 3 day weekend. We had hot water again within 24 hours.

Doug, the owner was quick to follow-up, and did what he said he would. Price was lower than other quotes. Greg, the installer, did a great job.

I can't tell about value really until I've used it for a while. But so far I love it.

These guys are the masters of tankless water heater installation. I wouldnâ t hire anybody else because these guys are the masters .youâ ve heard the expression jack of all trades but masters of none . these guys are the masters! Please do consider them over anyone else .the prices are very very reasonable and the install was quick and efficient.

Iâ d been thinking about going tankless for a couple years. About two weeks ago my old water heater hastened the decision. I got two quotes and one reality check. ETâ s quote was within $25 of the other, the reality check was a non-starter. The decision was tipped based on reviews of the equipment ET installs - it seemed to best fit our intended use and light routine maintenance requirements. Doug and Greg did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. We converted from electric hot water to propane to get the most benefit available to us. We already had a 500 gal propane tank (thereâ s no natural gas in my neighborhood). The existing gas line wasnâ t easily found where I thought it was, so ET had to trench further than expected to find the propane source and I changed the location where the tankless unit would be mounted in the garage. Doug was extremely fair on the additional cost of those changes. We ran into a scheduling issue when we got an 1â of rain - the first rain in 110 days. Canâ t blame ET for the rain. Doug was excellent letting us know how the schedule changed. We still had hot water while we waited, but it took a couple days longer for an emergency project ET had for a family without hot water and two little children. As a business executive, I understand and appreciate an appropriate sense of urgency - the family without hot water had to come first. As a customer, itâ s great to know that we would get the same sense of urgency if we had an emergency situation. Iâ m extremely satisfied with the result. Doug, Greg and the team are professionals in every sense of the term. I wouldnâ t hesitate to use them again.
