The guy was really nice on the phone. The project was a lot of work, so he increased the original price I was quoted. I was ok with that. The day after the job was done, I found that the back yard was not cut as well as the front. I called the guy to go back out and correct the high lawn, but he would only go back out for another fee. I will not be using this service again.

In all fairness, this client called me from out of state and he never physically saw the condition of his rental property before or after the job was completed. 3 Days later, I accepted his credit card payment over the phone. About 10 days after that, he calls me and asks me to redo the job. I told him that by now, naturally his grass had grown, and that I would have to charge him again.

Rick, the owner is a very personable and knowledgeable man. He and his helper, Abraham, were punctual and did a nice job of cutting the grass and trimming the lawn.

Rick, the owner, is both very professional and likable. He quoted a fair price and was very interested in trimming my trees to my satisfaction. He even brought me fertilizer for my azaleas and offered to put it around my many plants for no additional charge. Rick is a top drawer guy and I will be using him again.

I am very pleased with Exotic Landscapes in all aspects of the project. The quote was competitive, was concerned about my lawn and property, very prompt and kept me informed throughout the process. Rick took very good care of my lawn. I was surprised when I arrived home to find that extreme caution was given and that the job was performed on a timely basis with all debris cleaned up. I could not even tell that they had been in my drive way. My tarp was folded neatly and stored out back. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.
