I call them just for screws and they sat at my house for two hours,talking on the phone,using my own tools,and leaning the TV on his stomach.i do not trust them at all !

Quick response and although unable to fix on day not wireing (had to locate & acquire new camera) which was out of the companys control, was phoned and kept informed of progress. No defective wiring when camera received the company made a quick visit and quick installatioin. Lacking slightly in cost of camera information.

I received an immediate email and phone call about my cry for help. My satellite dish was hit by lightening, knocking out my blu-ray on one tv, the surround sound system and wii system on a second and both satellite boxes. With the exception of the entire satellite replacement that needed to be done by the carrier, ESP came out on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, replaced the surround sound and wii systems professionally, accurately and were affordable. Everything was completely within 3 hours!!

Had the estimater come out and he gave me what I thought was a firm price, but the final price was higher. They said it was because it took longer,and it did but that's why you take the time to have someone come out to make sure of the price.
