Tech did the job and fixed the dryer but it seemed like a lot $$ for what should have been a 1/2 hour job. I gave an accurate description of the problem with modal number an serial number. Tech did not come with the appropriate part to fix which made the job a lot longer, 3 hours, than it should have been.

Cesar was professional and patient. I felt like he really heard me when I explained the issue and what I thought was wrong with the unit. He was willing to make the appointment directly with the renter and repaired the dishwasher with in the paramiters of the estimate. We will use this service again and will call him for other jobs as they arise.

This is the way that business used to be done when I was growing up. Cezary was early for our appointment. He was fast, friendly, and thorough. It was about $200 cheaper than another estimate. I will call him in the future for any appliance issues.

He was there the next morning and fixed the dishwasher and he even had the part on his truck. His price was cheaper then anyone else. He was friendly and polite & he was finished in less then 20 Min's. Cezar is one the most trustworthy & honest people I have ever met. There is only one company to call in the future EXPRESS APPLIANCE SERVICE
