I never charged you diagnose fee (something I always do), so you could easily deny my "fair price" offer without loosing anything. Furthermore other techs offered you to replace the unit as it was almost impossible to work at such a small space. And the last but not the least I told you that though I'll spend my time and money for doing the job, YOU'LL NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING if i don't fix it. So I've saved you thousands!!! And I expect better reviews.

Art was very punctual. He arrived on time. He explained very patiently what the problem was offered choices. He took about 3 hours to do the job. He took care of the problem with no issues. I would definitely recommend his service in future
