Art came to our house on a Friday night at 8:30 pm when our central AC unexpectedly stopped blowing cold air. I initially thought he was to good to be true when he offered to give us a free quote. We were pleasantly surprised when he delivered as promised; and AMAZED when he said the problem was nothing more than a loose wire. Art is the most honest contractor we have ever hired. He could have easily taken advantage of our emergency situation with costly unnecessary repairs. I would recommend him over any of the larger businesses that are primarily focused on revenue instead of 100% customer satisfaction.

Art is extremely professional and honest guy. He knows what he is doing, finds problem very fast. I used his services already three times and could not be happier. Not just he did an outstanding job but also saved me hundreds of dollars. He also does free estimate which is unheard of these days. Highly recommended.

If we could we would give them 10 stars!!! Incredibly friendly, very courteous, extremely professional and so polite. It was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a home improvement team. I hope my next house doesn't have central heating and cooling so we can hire them again! :)
