Art is a very professional person. One morning our vents in the house were letting off a very deep burning smell. We used home advisor to try and hire a furnace specialist to come in and inspect the problem. Based on arts reviews we decided to hire him to come here and check out everything. He was quite genuine and professional and explained to us what was happening with the furnace he also offered us multiple quotes on how we can mediate the problem. He made us feel like he was an honest person and willing to work with whatever it was that we wanted to do. Our furnace is functioning properly

Art was hired to give my furnace an inspection before the winter heating season. He checked the vacuum hoses, safety switches and flame sensor and blower motor. He also replaced the furnace filter, which I provided. All of the components were found to be in proper working order. However, he had not placed our appointment in his book and as a result, I had to call him to remind him of the time. Overall, I would still recommend him.
