Lower diagnostic fee than the other guy. Fee waived upon commission of the repair. He explained the how's and why's of the problem and gave me options if the problem reoccurs. Seems to be a one man run, honest mom-and-pop shop. Recommended.

My concern was not actual repairs to my AC, but I needed my EWC Zone unit rewired and providing its own transformer. Extra Air Quality understood my need during the very first phone contact after I had registered at Home Advisor. They came to my door at the appointed time and completed the job, patiently explaining every time I asked a question. Art is a wonderful technician.
The initial call came within one minute of request. The technician came to evaluate the problem within an hour, he actually did some testing to confirm the issue, rather than just guess like others. And when I chose to replace the unit, the job was done on my time schedule, it was quick, clean, and everything works. Overall a pleasant, painless experience

I thought ART was quick identifying the issue and fixing it. Also went ahead suggesting other ways to improve the AC. Overall good experience but thought the price is bit high. The capacitor was replaced in less than 5 mins and the part itself is very cheap but overall cost was bit high. He was honest and gave option to go ahead or not and the trip to see what is wrong was free. So, good service over all.

Again what was not enough for customer service????? You got the best possible price and your word NO would make me disappear like I wasn't there at all. So why I'm getting one of worst ratings from you??? As I'm writing here, I'd like to thank all of my customers for leaving comments. Company came out fast after calling me twice in an hour very courteous I'd reconditioned Extra Air for all your cooling needs...
