My a.c. unit is 24 years old so I fully expected to be told I had to replace it. Instead Art said nothing was wrong except the coil/blower needed to be cleaned. His initial visit/estimate didn't cost a thing; when does that ever happen?? Highly recommend.

Very prompt response (called within 5 minutes of submitting request through Home Advisor). I spoke with them late in the evening and they came early the next morning. Finished the job in 10 minutes. A bit pricey but I assumed it would be in order to fix my AC right away.

Prompt response to my inquiry, within 15 minutes of submitting my request. Did a professional diagnosis of the problem and offered more than one option, including payment terms. Agreed to work on the weekend to replace the entire a/c system Excellent customer service and highly recommended!

My request was submitted online and I received a call within a few hours. They were able to arrange time to repair the unit on the same day and competed it within 15 minutes. They were also willing to work with me on payment. I'm very critical of contractors but this one was efficient and effective service. Well done Art! Thanks so much!

Art knew the problem in no time, had the part in his truck and had our AC humming in 10 minutes. Add fair price and courteous service and our experience exceeded expectations. I would call him again in a heartbeat when needed!
