Jake came at once at had the door repaired the same day I damaged it. He was quickly able to repair me door and had me back in operation within the hour. I couldn't have received better service. The ease in getting the necessary paper work taken care of was as impressive as the work performed. Top service by a top professional.

So helpful and organized! Three previous “professionals” came buy and borrowed scratch paper to write down cost, etc. Jake came buy and provided us a free estimate and quickly followed up with two written estimates. It’s the professionalism and detail that lends considerable confidence to the process. THEN, Jake followed through and was super kind and thorough. Our garage door (and opener) have never operated so well. We’re extremely pleased with our experience.

I absolutely RECOMMEND jake at Fast and friendly. Perfect name. I had a problem with the sensors and received a quote from another contractor who said my door wouldnâ t close because of the springs and quoted me $1600. I called a second quote and jake showed up from fast and friendly that evening. Walked in and diagnosed and said the sensors need to be replaced for $85. He also said the springs were perfectly fine. He made some recommendations for the future. I canâ t tell you what itâ s like to find a contractor you trust. He finished the work that same day. Thank you Jake. Youâ re the best ! Will definitely refer to friends and family and will use in the future.
