The initial contact was good. I very quickly received a quote for four different systems. Any questions I had regarding each of the four units were quickly answered. I made my choice of unit and a date was set for install. The install went quickly. From that point on things went downhill fast. The install team left no paperwork for the unit installed. No instructions were given regarding registering the warranty. Thirteen months later I had a problem with the installed heat pump. I called Fixd and was put on hold for a long time. I hung up and called and still no one to talk to. I called at 6 AM local time (8 AM at Fixd) and though I did talk to someone I received no help. Fixd had to put out a call for a tech to handle the job and I was told it would take a couple of days to have someone come out to the house to assess the situation. At this time the outside temperature ranged from a high of 113 to a low of 90, not a time to be without a/c for two or more days. I found someone else locally to come out to the house the same day I called. They quickly identified the problem which was basically negligence by the original installer. Fixd does not have employees in Las Vegas where I live so every job they do is subcontracted out to people who evidently do no care. The customer service of Fixd is equally bad. The people on the other end of the line are just reading off a script. As good of a deal that the a/c unit and installation it does not make up for the negligence of the installers and the lack of response from Fixd. I would not call on Fixd to do any project on my house no matter how small as it is not worth the aggravation of dealing with incompetents. Go with a local contractor who sends out their own people to get the job done right.

Bought a brand new furnace/ac unit; full replacement. On day one installers only showed up with half the equipment. Job took longer than quoted. Would not install trim around panel opening. Filed the wrong inspection permit. Eventually job was completed to the agreed upon standard.

Water heater was faulty at first, but they were quick to respond and fix the problem!

I hired FIXD Services, LLC for AC replacement, they took out the old unit installed the new unit, the next day I noticed that there was water water everywhere, they came out tried to fix it, they keep sending people out, nothing gets done, everytime I call all they do is apologize because they seem to not know what to do, this is Arizona and it was been very hot and no AC

There were billing errors, but the service was great.

GOOD JOB,just it hard to using the app!

Was told it would take 1 or 2 days to remove and install an HVAC system in our home, it took them 25 days!!! They came out 4 times, 3 with the wrong parts, on the 4th time a new part was defective, took an extra 3 hours. Very poor customer service, NO ONE ever calls back to let us know what is going on. On day two I got a bill saying job complete, they are wrong the job was not complete! Three dampers were missing, the thermostat was the wrong one, two sensors were missing. All I got from the installers were parts in order. There is no one to call, a phone is an answering machine no call back ever. The only help is an online chat, they try to get someone to call us back and that takes a day if at all.

Very disappointed with a contractor that was sent to install a new water heater which had two dents and we were asked to help lift the heater to help install, this was followed by a call from the contractor trying to call us personally and shouting at us that we are complaining and that nobody will sue us for a defective water tank which can have a problem in future. Customer service tried to help but this was a shaky experience and not quality work. As a customer, we do not want to have these kinds of aggressive conversations with contractors being used and would recommend fixed for better screening of the contractors they use.

Quick to respond. Best price I found for replacing AC and furnace, for a good and reliable unit. I had 2 other companies come out and both were double the price. This was the only company that sent me a written quote. Install went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

I got a new 50 gal water heater installed. They were on time and finished the job in about 2 and half hours.

Hired for HVAC installation and it has been a nightmare ever since the installation. The brand new system has not worked without a weekly service call since I purchased it 3 months ago. They refuse to take the steps necessary to make correct this transaction. Please do not hire this company because you will not get what you pay for and they will not honor the contracted agreement. Please look at all the other reviews on HVAC systems, I wish I had paid attention before purchasing this system. BUYER BEWARE... Less

Everything went very well. Great price for top of the line product. Installers were professional and curtious. They did not install condenser unit pad outside as it was in really good condition. I requested credit back for that including labor cost associated, still waiting for revised invoice. Also a new larger opening louver intake in ceiling was to be installed as well and it was not, still working on that one as well. All in all very happy with contractor.

We replaced a 15 year old basic HVAC system with a Trane Variable Speed system. Tom Marantette of FIXD Services was very responsive, promptly answering our many questions. The Installer, Jose Rivas and his crew were professional, careful, thorough, efficient and quite respectful of our social distancing needs prompted by Covid-19. The system was installed and up-and-running on time. We are amazed at how quiet this system is, both outside and inside our home. It's also much more comfortable than the old single speed system. The temp throughout the house is much more even from room to room. In hindsight, we are most grateful that we opted for the Variable Speed system...it's nearly silent most of the day.
