At FMF Plumbing, Inc., we take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality and customer service that we provide to meet the consumers needs. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety and quality, regardless of how large or small the job for 18 years now. Because we are a quality based company, we are not staffed to give FREE ESTIMATES, NO FREE ESTIMATES!. We operate with a waiting list which makes this too difficult to do. We can come out and diagnose your plumbing issues with a service call charge as pipe leaks, water heater replacements and all repairs fall under the category of service work which comes with a service call.

They showed up when they said they would and did great work. When they were done the only way you could tell they were even there was the job was done. I will definitely use them in the future.

These are fine people to do business with. John was on time, and fixed our toilet leak, plus fixed a problem with the toilet that has existed 28 years, was not installed correctly when the house was built ! John was very neat and left the job clean and nice, fixed the current leak. very friendly person, and his wife who answers the phone , is super nice to talk to. excellent experience all around.

On time and friendly. The service call was $100. To glue a pipe and put a hose bibb on was another $150. $100 was for labor. Much too expensive but I had no choice. I was without water going on 3 days and I have horses and dogs and cats that NEED water.

You had an emergency in a very rural area where you could not find help. We worked you in despite not having any availability on such short notice in your area. You were thanking us profusely for working this in, even after you did not return my call until later in the day, all the while you expected same day service on such short notice. We did not even charge you for the extra labor for the job to fix the hose bib as well, in below freezing temps where the pipe glue takes longer to set, two repairs for $150 on an emergency service call is extremely competitive including material and labor even for a regular non-emergency service is still a great price. After 20 years in this business we go over and above to help people just like we did for you in a pinch, so sad that you took this stance after the fact.

John was on time, friendly, listened, gave suggestions of what could be done or how it would be done. Got to work and was finished in no time at all. Presented the bill, discussed one other thing we might get done at another time, and then he was gone. It was a very good overall experience.

They were on time,, dependable and explained and worked through some of the things I didn't understand. Having 8 rental properties I am very pleased to find a professional I can always call and know I am getting good and reasonably priced work. I would recommend them to my mother!

Glad the job is done but I thought the price was misquoted. It turned out to cost more than I had understood . Maureen
Response by FMF Plumbing, Inc.: No one is more surprised than we are with this review, especially since we didn't even charge you for the first visit to the home to diagnose the repairs when you did not show up to meet us there. At that time you were thankful that we didn't charge you for the no show. Even though you "misunderstood" the charges somehow, we did advise you again on the second visit to your home, prior to beginning the work, you authorized us to proceed prior to us beginning the job at the agreed upon price. This is people's livelihood, we go to great lengths to insure a good deal for us both. If you did not agree to the work or the price it would have been best if you had told us this and found someone else.
