John is very prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. He also installed a programmable thermostat with internet connection which enabled me to access it from my smartphone. It has reduced my electricity consumption and has already paid the thermostat cost and installation.

They came out and looked at the heat pump, explained the problem, and gave me options for repair and replacement. I decided to have them replace it. It hardly took any time at all. Awesome service!
