Keith was great. On time, communicated with us throughout, and fixed the dryer.

Good service, unfortunately my dishwashers control board was damaged. He said he could replace the board but parts labor will cost as much as a new dishwasher. So I am just going to replace the washer. its new washer too only had it for a year, so the warranty just ended. But he diligent and checks everything out before making a conclusion.

He does not answer the phone, my appliance did not work after he said it worked fine I called him And told him that and he said he will charge again to come and check it again. I think he should offer warranty for his work and the money I already paid.

Keith, the service provider was pleasant and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and in a way I understood. He ordered the parts and as soon as they came in made an appointment to come back that same day. When he came back he quickly finished up the project and my freezer began working immediately. I appreciate his help and friendliness. I would hire him again.
