The fence on the Mend did an ok job adjusting the fence, though for the price they quoted $450 for 3 posts and only took an hour, it was definitely a rip-off as they just took a 2x4 and hammered the posts down, which does not seem like a long term solution. The other issue was the worker promised a 3-year warranty and to adjust a few other things on the fence such as the leaning door and hardware for free, and said to call for them to be adjusted later. I called probably every month after the job was completed trying to get this set up and the operator kept saying that he will call me back with a time as they are busy and the weather has been moving jobs around. They also do not schedule definitive dates and said she is not sure when he can get back to you or when we can schedule it. After even asking if cannot set up a time in the future and if there is a weather issue to reschedule, she said that is not how it works with scheduling. This was not an issue the first time I called to set up service, so I do not understand how this is an issue now... After multiple times calling and having this same conversation even within the same few weeks, I am writing this review to let others know they will NOT honor their warranty or promises, though I would appreciate them to honor their warranty and meet their service with integrity and honesty by doing what they promised and adjusting the hardware at no charge.

Moving out of state in 2 days and a windstorm blew down 5 posts/panels in my wood fence. This company listened to our predicament and were absolutely amazing in fitting us into their schedule and came out the very next day! The work was excellent and the customer service excellent. I couldn't recommend this company more - they are the absolute best when it comes to fence repair. This should be the first place you go to for anything related to fences. Excellence all around!!

Fences on the Mend did a great job and we highly recommend them! We needed seven PVC privacy fence posts reset and another post straightened due to frost heave over the years. I initially left a message with the company, and Marcy (owner) called me back in short order. She was a pleasure to work with on the phone. John (owner) walked through the project with me before hand, explaining exactly how the work would be done. John and his team were clean, meticulous, and quick with the work. My wife and I are very happy with the project and will hire Fences on the Mend for any future work.

Wood fence damaged in recent wind storm. John (the owner) came out to look at it the day after I called. He came the following week to complete the repair. His price was fair & his work was EXCELLENT! I definitely would use him again.
