My project was actually a whole house rework. All the piping from the meter in was changed from old galvanized pipes and a new hot water heater was installed as well. I had called another plumber that was recommended to me, and they never called me back. I then called Brad who answered right away. He was very responsive and worked with me to come up with the best options. He answered the phone every time I called him to try to coordinate things. His team of Jim, Jonathan and Shane were very friendly and responsible and cleaned up any messes that were made (which were a lot considering all the work that was performed). I will use them again in the future on any future house purchases/remodels I do!

Brad and his team far exceeded my expectations. I wish they would have been the contractors for my entire basement project but they specialize in plumbing. I can't say enough good things about them. Very professional, courtesy, and excellent value. They always showed up when they said they would and over delivered on the entire experience. Great work guys!!!

Brad returned my initial call almost immediately. He was also very responsive to my additional calls as I was trying to determine the best quality and cost effective professional. He was able to answer all my questions. He provided a quote over the phone. The work was performed for exactly what was quoted. He gave a 30-minute courtesy call before arriving. The work was done well, fast, and on budget. As a comparison, the three other professional plumbers I contacted quoted estimates that were 11%, 37%, and 106% higher. The variance in cost was eye opening. I chose to write this review because it was the reviews from previous customers that gave me the confidence that Finish Line Plumbing performed quality work.

Staff were on time and very courteous. The water heater was exactly what I requested and the work was done very fast. I highly recommend Finish Line!!

Brad was quick to communicate with a phone call on identifying the complaint before arrival. He even came earlier then the appointment time. Gave a 30 minute courtesy call when on his way. Upon arrival he assessed the problem, gave me advice on other issues that I can fix myself and he did the work timely and "exceeded the standard" by totally flushing the drains and making sure the sump pump was totally clean. Would recommend again and again. I now have "a guy for plumbing"

Excellent responsiveness. Went the extra mile to get me a part that would restore my water heater same day. Other contractors quoted me 3-5 business days and I might have been w/out hot water over Christmas. I will call this company again. The work and customer service were outstanding.
