Kevin showed up on time and completed the repair of my pre-frabricated fireplace. His quote was significantly less expensive that the other guy that I spoke with. He took his time to adjust the final flame to my liking and seemed genuinely interested in making me satisfied. Highly recommended!

The parts I received from the (3rd party) supplier were missing some of the correct-sized nuts/bolts/screws, and the plug on the unit was 3-prong instead of 2-prong, but the installer made it all work, nonetheless! Very resourceful.
