The work was done several years ago but due to my employerâ s industry I was not permitted to publish any kind of recommendation. Now that I am retired I want others to know about the enduring quality of the work accomplished. Russ was a delight, listening to us and making sure he understood. The people sent to work on site were highly skilled and excellent men. They created a screened back porch, extensively repaired old decks, replaced outdoor stairways, and added a wonderful deck. Seven years later the quality continues shining through.

It has been seven long months (While signing the contract he promised work would be completed in 8 Weeks) of sheer frustration, and I am yet to receive any response regarding the project for which I entrusted them with my hard-earned money. From the moment we signed a contract with this company, the communication breakdown was evident. It took them weeks to even respond to basic inquiries and concerns, leaving us in the dark about the Start of our project. We were promised high-quality service, but in reality, it was the complete opposite. Worse still, after several failed attempts to reach the provided contact number, all calls directed us straight to voicemail, where no one bothered to return our calls. This level of negligence and unresponsiveness is utterly unacceptable, especially given the significant investment we made in our project. Desperate for some form of contact, I decided to leave an honest review on Google, detailing our harrowing experience. It was only then that Mr. Russ McClain, the owner, decided to get in touch. His response was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disheartening. He asked if I would consider removing the review, seemingly more concerned with his online reputation than with addressing our project. Subsequently, we were left without any updates or progress reports on our project, and this has caused us immense mental stress and frustration. We have lost both time and a considerable sum of money, amounting to $5,000 deposit. It is disheartening to think that our trust in First Choice Window Door and Deck, LLC was so misplaced. Furthermore, I am perplexed by the positive reviews I have seen about this company, and I question their authenticity. It is difficult to believe that our experience is unique when there are numerous reports of dissatisfaction and disappointment. It is crucial that consumers exercise caution and conduct thorough research before doing business with this company. In conclusion, our experience with First Choice Window Door and Deck, LLC has been a complete letdown. The lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and failure to deliver on promises has left us disheartened and out of pocket. I hope my review serves as a warning to others and encourages the company to reflect on its business practices.

Russ & the guys were great! They added on to my existing side porch, added easy to maneuver stairs, rescreened & replaced my back deck. Russ gave me a written estimate & a drawing of the project. Communication, professionalism, and quality of work were excellent. Josh & Joe were detail oriented & stayed until the job was complete. I highly recommend them!

Russ and Carlton know what theyâ re doing in the construction business. They communicate effectively and there are no surprises. The subcontractors were excellent. The building plan was transparent and the timeline smooth from start to finish. I recommend First Choice without reservations.

Carlton, Russ, and Alex did a great job. They listened to what i wanted and then executed it perfectly. I am 100% satisfied with the work they performed and I am looking forward to hiring them again for another job i would like to get done.
