Jaymie first visited to review our need for correcting a pre-existing faulty installation of a tankless water heater. He grasped our concerns at once, joined us in brainstorming a relatively simple solution, and produced a financially reasonable bid on the spot. We accepted it as far more reasonable than other bids. He arranged to have the work performed by his company within a few days. At the appointed time, Jaymie himself arrived to do the job, which pleased us greatly since he already knew exactly what needed to be done, making it unnecessary to brief a new workman. He is a very competent, friendly, and helpful person. We would not hesitate to call on him for any future plumbing needs.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
