We love our new shower and tub that Noah installed for us last week. He was able to remove the old tub by himself and then worked through a downpour to make sure our bathroom was finished in two days instead of the planned three days. We will definitely be recommending Five Star Bath Solutions to our friends and family.

Five Star delivered five star service. The installer, Luis, was extremely friendly and let us know when he was starting demo so we would know when it would be loud. His work was precise and quick. Noah, project manager, was eager to help quickly and efficiently when it came to handling my grandfather's VA HISA application. The owner, Eric, was excellent at communicating, as well. And Casey, the sales person/initial contact, was friendly and answered questions with ease.

Originally I had called three local bathroom companies. The first one came out on a Friday. It's 10am and the guy reeked of pot. He didn't take one picture, didn't write down any notes, said he'd call me with a quote on Monday but I never heard from him. The next day Adrienne and Jessie from Five Star Bath Solutions of Arlington came. From the moment I met them, I just wanted to do business with them. They showed samples of their materials and I was blown away by the quality. Erik came out to take pictures and measurements -- he was so thorough and answered all my questions. I cancelled the appointment with the third company. I didn't need to look any further! My 81-year-old dad moved in with us so I needed his bathroom to be safe for him and Jessie had great ideas. She thought of things that I hadn't even considered. Luis and Noah wrapped up the install today and we couldn't be happier. They ripped out the original tub and surround and now we have a walk-in shower with a fold-down bench, two shower heads (one on a wand), sturdy hand rails in the places my dad will need them, two shelves and a niche to hold his products, and it all looks fantastic. The day Adrienne and Jessie came out, I took them over to my best friend's house and like me, he was eager to work with them as well. He had a shower stall with gross, moldy tile and a linoleum floor that was peeling up and they transformed his shower and replaced the floor with vinyl planks and now it looks like it's straight out of a design magazine! He couldn't be happier either. If you want a beautiful bathroom, call them!!!

We had no idea that our new shower could be so so much better than our old one. From the sales lady Jessica to Eric project Mgr to Noah the installer to finally Andy the glass installer, the workmanship, the knowledge of what needed to be done, the courtesy and then the final product, we are ecstatic. The shower turned out beautiful. We hadn't imagined it could look so good. Highly recommend 5 Star Bath Solutions for your bathroom remodeling. Need to single out Noah, the installer, he worked so hard for 3 days. His work is outstanding. Thank you guys. We are very happy.
