I was very impressed with Marcus Hull our service advisor and Sergei the installer. Marcus could not have been better and Sergei worked tirelessly by himself to compete the job in a day. The cost was more that another competitor but the materials were better and they tore down the old tiles in the bathroom to check for mold which the other competitor did not offer. We felt safer this way. Well done!

The project was done in a timely wonderful manner and I was very pleased with it. I would highly recommend this for anybody that wants remodeling of their bathroom or a new makeover.

When reviewing a companies overall performance, I typically wait a few weeks to test the product, workmanship, reliability etc. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have their bathroom remodeled. How refreshing to do business with a company that delivers on every promise made during the sales pitch. Great experience with all involved with the sales process and installation. Great company to do business with, all of my contact with them was carried out in a very professional manner. Alan had planned out the job to give us exactly the finished bathroom we wanted. He spent a lot time with us showing us all of our choices. The men who did the work were very skilled at their job, very pleasant, efficient and cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend this company and will likely use them next year to remodel our lower level bathroom.

From beginning till the end this team was friendly and knowledgeable with fantastic rates. Five Star Bath Solutions started with an easy to talk to Front Desk and had a Salesman with a video and a sample of the product for the shower i wished to replaced (I didn't need to listen to all the jibber jabber). The work crew were very tolerate of all the questions i had through out the process. The owner Allen Classen stopped by to make sure everything was going according to plan and made sure i had no concerns. The product that i was given was a higher quality shower walls and flooring compared to the over priced and sub-standard product from other companies. l will definitely hire them again. 5 stars all the way !!

Reasonable, prompt and very professional.

We chose this contractor to replace our old tub and ceramic tile surround based on the reviews done by previous customers. They lived up to those five star reviews. We encountered problems during the tear out and install and they were all resolved to our satisfaction. One of the best firms that has done business with me. they were able to begin work ahead of schedule and finished on time.

Great people and crew, did great work. When there was an unexpected issue with plumbing, they were able to quickly adapt and still keep the project on schedule. Cleaned up the area really well once they were done.
