I will inform organizations and friends not to hire Flanagan's business. I consider the owner unprofessional, non-dependable, poor in communication, and lacking in ethics. The agreement was set for a time between 1-3 p.m. I called the owner at 1:25 to get an estimated time; I was told it would be around 2:30. At 4:20, there was no show and no communication.

The gentleman that arrive at our house to perform or provide, the service did an outstanding job. He was very courteous and professional, and reflects a great credit on the company that he work for.
