They did a great job and were very pleasant to have in my home.


We had a new Bay Window installed in our living room. price for the window was very reasonable. Outstanding company and customer service. The process from beginning to end was simple and pleasant. Communication was excellent. Kept me informed on schedule and appointments. One of the owners Cody did the initial estimate and was very professional. Ashley in the office was very polite and courteous. And the installers were prompt and did great work, as well as being very friendly. they also cleaned up their mess which doesn't always happen with some companies. My experience with Flight Exterior was A PLUS and I highly recommend them!

We used Flight Exterior to replace our front door. From the get-go they were absolutely awesome. We initially had just a single door but it was their idea to replace it with a double door since we had two sidelights that allowed us the ability to replace with double doors. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS IDEA. I wouldnâ t have thought it was possible until they recommended it! We were quoted by another contractor who quoted us almost DOUBLE what Flight exterior charged and told us we wouldnâ t be happy with the finished product unless we did a complete replacement which they quoted to be over TRIPLE what we paid flight exterior. Axel was awesome and I would 10000% do it all over again. It took about 12/13 weeks for the door to be custom made and absolutely outlived my expectations. The install only took 4 hours at max! They showed up at 8am and were completely done before noon. They completely cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was up to my expectations. Iâ ve waited a couple weeks to post this review just to be sure but Iâ m even happier now and I didnâ t think that was possible!! I canâ t say enough positive remarks about their business. It was an absolute pleasure and like I said, Iâ d do it again in a heart beat.

I had just bought my new home which was in dire need of new windows (house still had all original windows). After getting a couple of quotes, Cody came out, gave a great presentation and the price was perfect. They have great communication, a great crew and have been there when or if I had questions. I cannot say enough about how much I absolutely love my new windows!! Eventually, I hope to replace the siding on my house, when I do, they are the guys for the job. Thank you, my windows are perfect!!

I hired them to install a custom door with sidelights and 10 windows. The job was just just over $11,000. I have renovated my entire home. I took a 1958 build to the studs. This is the worst experience I have encountered. I made my payment of half the balance to start the project in April , it took 9 MONTHS for the job to be completed. The job was supposed to take at most 6 to 8 weeks. Several mistakes were made from ordering the wrong size windows, the wrong color door, finding out they could not make the door I originally ordered through them, to the wrong specifications being installed. The installation was done with such poor quality the manufacture had to come and fix the after the 3rd installation attempt. Throughout the process I was very patient and cooperative but I lost when it after all of this, they sent me a letter threatening to sue me for the full balance just 3 business days after they FINALLY completed the job. Throughout the process they were non-communicative, I had to reach out to them for updates but once the job was complete they called me multiple times a day in an effort to collect payment. I was busy and wanted to speak to the owner before settling the balance. In the end, they gave me a 25% discount but I would have happily paid full price to avoid this horrible experience.

As we have grown we have continually tried to improve in many of the areas you have pointed out. We also would like to point out that we never want to get to a point where we have to send a demand letter, however our contracts do state that final payment is due immediately upon completion. In your case, upon finishing the job your front door was locked and we were unable to speak with you and after several calls over 5 total days, we didn't know what to do but to send a letter. Upon receiving the letter you immediately called us at which time we discounted 25% total off of your job due to all of the above mentioned. We can only hope to grow from this and are still very thankful for your business!
