The work is great, the sales rep was helpful and the quality of the flooring is good. I was not pleased with the disconnect between what the sales rep told me and the executive follow through. I should have gotten everything in writing - my mistake

The installers need to learn about hooking/re hooking washers and driers. Also, to let the customer know about anything that might of broken,etc.. Other than that, the installer did a very good job. The floors look great!

I had a wonderful experience with the entire team from Joy who came to give me an estimate and worked through the insurance with me to Jordon who did all the scheduling and made sure everything went well. Mario did the floor. It was amazing what a great job he did with seemingly impossible angles. I couldn't be more pleased.

They have wonderful staff. They stand behind their products and their work. Customer service is really awesome, they take a lot of time discussing the products themselves and the colors and styles. They were a big help.

I was very happy with the project manager and installers. Their follow through and timeliness was great. I am very pleased with their work. My salesperson did not follow up at all in the days leading up to installation, or after, as promised so that was disappointing.

Very helpful salesperson stayed involved with the project to the end. The installer was a craftsman who paid attention to every detail. Pleasant demeanor at all times.

I still have trim work to be done. Workers were on time, worked hard and were polite. Sales person was very helpful. Good followup by office staff. Too soon to really rate the finished job.
