The salesperson was a pleasure to work with. The only thing I would fault him for was not waiting for all the tile to be available before scheduling the install date. We were not in a big hurry, so we could have waited longer. The installer did an excellent job installing tile in the extra bathrooms and laundry room. My wife pointed out a problem with tile spacing in one of the bathrooms, which the installer corrected to her satisfaction.
