Flat rate of $450. We were in a bind since we had the carpet. They were the only company that would use our all ready purchased carpet. I would use them again.

Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE. They were supposed to bring the new Vinyl planks to my home so the materials would acclimate for 24-48 hours. That did not happen. Their crew simply showed up and started to work - $14,000 (for a $9000 job to install faux hardwood flooring). There are still several (approx. 44) planks that rise above the floor. The reason-they are defective and no longer used. They will probably do the same to YOU. Fast forward 1 year... The kitchen floor is coming up and there there are three large holes to cause injuries. Emilia (Owner) and Carol came over to solve my list of complaints (12). Carol went over all the damages and basically implied that EVERYTHING was my responsibility. Her foreman (Mark) did not even read the instructions that come with EVERY box of planks. But, Carol has the fastest excuses(lies) I have ever encountered. I have worked with Carol for over 6 months and she still has the same stupid excuses (lies). Both Carol and Emilia are pathological liars. I chatted with Luke Kenton (their sales rep) and he left the company for the same reason - the lies they tell to customers. This company of incompetents. Because they are a franchise, they have one more middle man digging into YOUR pocket. It causes them to charge way, way too much for crappy materials and a crew that if they worked hard on it, they could rise to the level of inferior, lousy, low-grade, second-rate installers. I strongly suggest that you use R.C. Willey, Costco, or ANY other reputable business. UPDATE: They refused to give me a receipt or contract.

It's very hard to find anyone that will come out to quote for a Luxury Vinyl repair. This is my 1st Time using anything like "Angi". Emilia and Justin, came out, assessed to "bad install'' areas, gave me a quote on the spot and we scheduled it the next day. I had the material, just needed a good install person - he was awesome too! The communications throughout the entire process were impeccable. I will call them for my next flooring needs and highly recommend them.

No project was too small. They happily came out promptly, measured my closet for carpet removal and installation of wood flooring. They gave me a fair bid. The install went smoothly and I love the results. Very professional.

They did a great job. Back to looking like the beautiful carpet we had before the water damage. Marc did a great job

The floor required sanding. No attempt was made to contain the concrete dust. Dust was everywhere. During installation, it was discovered they didnâ t order enough flooring causing a 4 day delay in completing the installation.

Emilia and her crew have been perfect! I got a call right away to schedule a free consult, and she showed up on time, personable, with a great eye for the right colors and walked me through finding the right product. One week later her team was installing, done sooner than expected, and looking amazing! I could not be happier!
