The salesman Jim was very nice and his explanation of what they do was very good. I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the product. Floorguard was the highest price of all estimates.butI felt most comfortable with this co. Also very happy with the installer Will.

Floorguard refinished our family room floor, it included a small bathroom and closet. We signed a contract for 400 square feet for all 3-rooms. Floorguard completed the family room but only prepped the bathroom and closet floors and did not install the finish. They told us these two rooms exceeded the 400 square feet in our contact and we would have to pay more to have these two rooms finished. You can imagine how my wife reacted to their response. The room was measured again and found to be less than 400 square feet which included all three rooms. We waited an additional 3 weeks for the bathroom and closet to be finished. Because they had to come out a second time to complete the job, there is a visible threshold between the family room and the bathroom and closet. We were told that "We are sorry that you dislike the way that those sections look but, that is just how your floor is set." I am very disappointed that Floorguard has not taken any responsibility for the way they handled our initial installation and subsequent completion. I am not recommending them to my family or friends.

Floorguard did an outstanding job from the estimate by Jim, communication and scheduling by Julie to the installation done by J.R. They were all knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns throughout the whole process! We could not be happier with how our garage floor looks! I highly recommend Floorguard!

Overall very good. I was not happy that they completed the job, then put through a credit card payment without even calling to ask us if we were satisfied and could put through the final payment. That was not professional. Otherwise good.
