I hired Floyd Manning to complete a deck projectâ ¦ he did a great job and within a couple of days we had a brand new deck. His price was very reasonable. I had someone else come out and give me a quote before I hired Floyd Manningâ the other guy wanted about 3-4 times as much, so I was extra happy I hired the right professional.

We've only been here a year so I didn't know anyone. I saw a neighbor who had just had a new deck put in and told us Floyd did it. It was very impressive so I called him for a quote. We had a 20x12 and 8x8 deck. Floyd refurbished our big deck using cedar 2x6 and a wrap to cover the existing frame. He added a railing and gates per our request. He then extended our smaller front deck to 8x12 with railings and new larger steps. He then replaced our old landing with bigger and better steps made from cedar. We now joke that we are going to have to replace our home to bring it up to the deck standards. Floyd worked everyday unlike so many who leave for a day to do something else. He came in on budget and was very patient with my many questions. I would recommend him to anyone.

Floyd completed an extensive decking and exterior repair project on our home in Olivia Beach. The work was very high quality and to us represents excellent value. He is so knowledgeable and works hard to ensure every detail is just right. We will surely work with him again.

Because Floyd did such an amazing job on our bathroom remodel, we asked him back to build us a deck off our back porch. Not only did he get us a great deal on beautiful wood, he also offered to build a bench on our deck made out of the extra wood. I'm so glad he did! It's beautiful. He works FAST! He is definitely our Go-To for any contrstruction needs.

Floyd Manning replaced the decking and railing of our deck. He arrived on time (when he said he would), worked diligently and explained what he was doing and why, and he finished on time. The deck looks great. I will hire him again in the future.
