Reviews
Write a ReviewTim of Flying pig Welding is Unprofessional, poor communication, and nothing he said he would do was done, . On 6/13 met with Tim to get an estimate on replacing a covered porch at my mother?s home. Agreed on the size, said he could restore and put down pavers in place of concrete, would use new steel instead of old frame. Asked if I was ready to start right away, I was! Said we would like the end project results and he would fix some rails on the front porch also. Sounded great! Started breaking up the concrete on the 6/18. Gave him a deposit for the work. Ran into tree roots under concrete, told me I had to get somebody to get rid of the roots, questioned it but I did to keep project moving. Then he told me we had to get Fill dirt. Told him that was part of the job he agreed to. He installed window well covers around 6/20. 7/5 work stops, told us he took another job before us and we would have to wait until he was done with other job. We would have to be patient! But he had our deposit. Then we had a month of excuses, defensiveness, each time I brought up a concern he would argue, but gave no date to continue project. Finally in August his son begins to put in poles for patio cover, he uses the old patio brackets, not new steel. my mother isn?t happy with the placement of poles or the dimensions. Agreed on 25?x10?, it measures 25?x 8?. The fiberglass roof panels aren?t lined up or overlapping. I?m concerned about leaking so I sent him pictures and expressed my questions and concerns. He starts arguing about each point. I tell him I?m not going back and forth with him, I have to go to work! He tells me he is done with our project! Will not be there for AM meeting to discuss issues. Then he text the next day to apologize and say he can finish the pavers in one day. WTH. No confidence in him to do a good job on the pavers. No way am I continuing this project with Tim or his company. Shame on Anji?s list for recommending!
