April 1, when the representative showed up to provide the estimate, I disclosed our gutters were the one-piece gutter and cover. He said he could clean the gutters. Upon inspection, he gave me the price quote. We said we would think about it. He dropped the price, so we gave him the business to clean the gutters that day. A couple weeks ago I noticed during a rainstorm that the rainwater was still spilling over the gutters. I contacted Forever Clean Home today to report that the gutter was still not cleaned out. The response I received was that with the one-piece gutter/cover that I needed to contact the company that I got them from to see what my options are for cleaning them. HomeAdvisor - your Code of Conduct clearly states Be Fair and Be Honest. This was a complete rip-off and a waste of my money. He knew he could not do the job; however, he was anxious to take my money anyhow.

This women is completely false. It has been 4 months since I had your gutters cleaned. You live in a insanely wooded area and when I called you to either fix the situation or give you your money back, you had zero interest in doing either one. You DO NOT get to try and make me feel bad after FOUR months go by and your gutters get dirty again. Can you imagine how dirty they would of gotten if I had not actually cleaned them? You?d probably of noticed within the first rain, but that was not what happened.
