Wonderful service - husband and wife tag teamed my windows - 3 rooms were very large windows - they worked hard . They made small talk . I asked if the needed anything . They said no they had all their supplies . Half way thru I asked them to take a break - I made a few small snacks and drinks., they excepted but quickly went went back to the job . I will hire them every spring. And as I said I heard about sunset thru my dad - heâ  s 92 and just now he realizes he can not do his windows anymore - not only was he very happy with the kindness and service but asked for house cleaning too! I canâ  t tell you how happy he was and when I came to visit later in the day the house was in better shape then what I would clean on a Saturdayv. . Floors sparkling, hard wood floors smooth and no marks as silk, bathrooms sparkling. And when dad says he is happy and raving- you know we have found a good company / heâ  s a tough one to please!!! Haisene Rodney did an excellent Job on my carpets. They did Four rooms including stairs that had stains all over. Now my carpets looks brand new. I will hire them again.

I was online getting quotes from Angieâ s. They called me with a reasonable quote. Set up an appointment 3 days later. They showed up to clean my windows inside and out. Very professional. I have no complaints.

The team was very nice, but I hired them to clean a carpet that was less than one year old, and they completely ruined it -- as in destroyed -- they left it with huge stains on it and it dried wavy and unusable. They filed a claim with their insurance who would not cover it, they then agreed to pay me half of the value of the carpet (it was nearly brand new!) and just put it off and put it off and ultimately paid nothing. I feel badly because they are nice people, but I would never let them touch a rug and I am disappointed that there was no resolution. It has been 4 months that I have held back writing a review but it is time to call it. Buyer beware.

Sunset Service (Haisene and Roger) cleaned 43 windows in my home today. They were extremely careful and responsive. They worked efficiently and thoroughly throughout the day always maintaining a good attitude. They were able to work in sometimes crowded spaces still doing quality work without any complaining. They were two of the most genial people and serious workers that I've had the pleasure of doing work in my home.

Would recommend. They came out quickly, were on time and did a good job cleaning a rental property carpet. Will hire again.
