The workmanship of Reflections is subpar. The installer, Marcos, had to drill into my cast iron tub and was not prepared with the appropriate tools to drill the needed holes for installation into something more substantial than your standard metal tub. The tub finish was damaged where the glass door bracket was installed and has now begun to rust and stain the tub finish around the lower bracket in under one year after installation. The screws on the top bracket were also stripped when installing the glass door and the clear silicon that was applied was not even a clean install. Water has been able to gather under the glass and form mold/mildew. The silicon will need to be removed, area cleaned, and reapplied appropriately. It is obvious that this company does not have the skills required to provide an installation better than your average Joe DIYer. The owner, Edward, has no concern to provide any resolution.
