Francisco was fair and honest and did exactly what I asked him to do. I plan to hire him in the future to do additional work.

For 3 years we had looked for a professional who offered lawn thatching, but had no luck. Several said it was too hard to do, said that we would get the same results with aerating which was much easier to do, but most didn't bother to call or show up to keep an appointment. Then it was my good fortune to connect with Francisco Reyes! Francisco stayed in touch and was on time for appointments. He was professional in his knowledge and offered a fair price for the thatching, leveling, applying peat moss, seeding and rolling the area to smooth out some of the bumpiness. He instructed us how to care for the upcoming lawn and checked in or came by the house over the next month, to be sure it was growing as expected, including overfeeding any spots that weren't correctly filling in. His kind demeanor and the way in which he worked quickly and thoroughly was very much appreciated. We highly recommend Francisco's services and will definitely call on him again.
