Frank came exactly when he said he would the morning after I called him. He gave me an estimate and said he would return at 9:30 the next day which he did. He installed the proper wiring for a dryer and an oven, and rewired some switches. When he finished he charged me $200 LESS than his estimate as the job was easier than he had anticipated.
