Frank’s Remodeling did a great job fixing my drywall damage from Hurricane Harvey. They fixed drywall, windowsills and repainted a wall and a ceiling. They finished all the work in one day. Quote was very competitive and they did exactly what they said they would.

Four handyman contractors have looked at my project and Carlos is the ONLY one who said he could match the texture I have on my ceiling. He actually came Sat. and started the job. Textured it today and I am VERY pleased. From what the others said, I was agreeable to have it plain but Carlos has done a pretty close match. I'll recommend him to anyone.

Great job. Frank and his crew showed up on time every day and really seemed to care about their work. They cleaned up after painting my cabinets and my kitchen looks beautiful. The crew also reinstalled new hardware.

Project: Repair Drywall - For Business
While I feel like Frank's Remodeling was reasonably priced for the quality of work done on our ceiling sheet rock, I was supremely disappointed by the lack of communication. They were supposed to start work on a Monday and did not show up and did not call. When they finally arrived to begin work on Tuesday a day and an hour late, they were not prepared and Frank had to go buy supplies, leaving his team to wait on the premises with nothing to do. They left a portion of trim unpainted. they came to finish the work, they went to our garage picked a can of paint they thought was for trim and painted. When complete, we saw that he had used the wrong paint (shiny, high gloss that was meant for built in shelving). Being that it was Frank's mistake, as he just went and picked a can of paint and didn't discuss before painting the trim, we asked that he come back and repaint with the appropriate finish. He said he would be back on Monday and then never came and never returned our calls, leaving us to hire and pay another person to come fix his mistake. I rated quality of work 3.5 because they didn't finish and I had to hire someone else to fix their mistake. For customer service I rated 2, because while Frank was polite, he didn't communicate and didn't finish the job he started. I gave 2.5 for value for money, because the ceiling repair was good quality, but it cost me time to have to constantly double check that what we paid for, was actually getting done and time tracking Frank down.
